Excellent service even in these difficult times.Broke tip off my favourite paring knife. Phoned order to shop, they were obviously shut with covid restrictions but could order a replacement for me. When it arrived I was able to phone from the pavement outside and we made socially distanced transfer through the letter box.Well done to all concerned!

This is a wonderful shop with the best staff ever. Guy was extremely helpful in selecting our new lights. They have a very good range to choose from and the lights are displayed very well. It can be difficult to order on-line as you do not quite get the idea of scale of the lights or how bright the lights may be. They did not have the lights in stock, but dispatched them when they received them from the supplier and we received them in less than a week. They took great care in packaging them and the communication was great. It is customer care that reminds one of the good old days. Thanks very much!
