Maggie set up a phone and internet system for our pub The Boot Inn Rutland. After getting frustrated with well know suppliers and rubbish service I turned to Maggie at Orchid Telecoms.Hands down the best service.Not only was her solution bespoke but we also found her to be highly professional and quick to resolve any issues we had in a speedy manner.I will never go anywhere else and would highly recommend Orchid Telecom Services.

After BT put their standard lines up in price again, we looked at changing over to a cloud based system.Went through the system requirements with them, had reps come out and show us the phones, being able to put 3 businesses on one system, transfer to mobiles, call recording etc...All looked good, price was cheaper and system future proof, yet there were still problems with the plan. This resulted in the price going up, options changing and not being right for us.So i called CTS who i had previously purchased our analogue system from (which worked perfectly for us).Went through everything with maggie, told her BT's problems, and sorted out everything we needed, plus extras. All this and a great saving vs BT.Any help required, we just pick up the phone.Can not recommend enough.Thanks
