ByKallevig - Furniture and Beds LTD

Bought a chair from this company which — although a good price — turned out to be really uncomfortable. So I decided to return it. I contacted Kallevig (byKallevig) who told me the return process was completely up to the customer and they would offer no help.So I booked and paid for the return. Since then, not only has Kallevig ignored to acknowledge the return, they’ve also pointedly neglected to refund the money and now they won’t respond to my emails. After reading other reviews of byKallevig, it seems I’m not the only one who’s experienced this tactic.I would highly recommend avoiding byKallevig and its unethical practices.
