Great service got in on a 111 emergency. Receptionist was polite and welcoming very professional. There doctor/dentist done exactly what I requested and removed to tooth with in 20 minites would go back again. Just make sure you check all the parking charges etc...

Very professional service. All options were discussed thoroughly by Hiran, who took his time explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed & he made me feel at ease....which is always a bonus when they make you feel like they actually care.Excellent care given as always by such lovely & friendly staff.

My appointment this week was with a new dentist to me called Keeley. A lovely lady who put me at my ease straight away, was kind, courteous and respectful. She sat so that we could talk/discuss face to face which I appreciated. Lucky for me no treatment needed. Thank you Keeley. See you in six months.

The dentist at this practice was absolutely fabulous. He new I was nervous and took his time to make sure I was OK. Could not have been looked after better.

Had bad toothache. Pleasant receptionist managed to get me an appointment same day. Dentist did procedure plus temp filling explained exactly what she was doing to reassure me. Left pain free .Thank you.

Have a dental emergency, couldn't give me an appointment so was told to call 111 and that they would give me the emergency mobile number to call the following morning for a next day appointment. 111 had no clue about this and gave me a Pitsea address that I couldn't get to.LIARS.

Very quick with my emergency appointment and all very caring and happy to answer questions. When I spoke with the receptionist, they were wonderful and I really felt like they truly cared. Couldn't ask for more! The Dentist and her assistant were very quick to diagnose and treat my problem and gave very useful advice that I will now follow.11/10 from everyone I interacted with! Superb!

I contacted this Surgery today as an emergency appointment, for my 5 year old daughter. We had contacted so many other surgeries and no help from any of them. I spoke with the lady on reception here, and she could not have been more understanding, compassionate and helpful.The dentist and his assisitant were brilliant with my little girl, and over all it was a pleasent experience with efficiency in helping with the issue and a future care plan advised.
