Rob Clayton carpets

Confused as to what has happened with the carpets, my wife was speaking to rob for a couple of months and everything was great he came to measure with samples, even came to confirm the carpet we wanted, we booked everything in. messaged to confirm a couple of days before and seem to have been blocked on Facebook and ignored on phone, text, WhatsApp, and email with no reason as to why and then never showed up. Annoying as he knew my wife is heavily pregnant and wanted carpets before the baby and now may not happen. Before this though the service was great which makes it more confusing. Hopefully just a one off.

came out to quote me for 3 bedrooms landing and stairs at good price!... however came to fit day he layed underlay went to put carpet down and realised it was cut wrong he left and told me he'd sort it sent me a message on fb to say the carpet I wanted was now out of stock then when I chose a new one he blocked me on fb lucky I never gave him a penny he could have just told me whats what I know these things happen but he wasted my time.

Rob will bring carpet samples to your home, measure the rooms and give you a quote. There was no hard selling or pressure to commit on the spot. Being the frugal type we got 5 other quotes from both high street stores and other mobile fitting services but Rob was easily the cheapest. Our carpets were fitted last week ( with social distancing due to coronavirus ) and they look amazing, can't recommend Rob enough.
