I called plumbheat and I was given twice appointment but Steve didn't turn up and he didn't even call to apologise or say he is not coming just kept us waiting for him. This is not professional at all.

Be careful with this person, highly expensive.. Poor value and he is not professional.. quality I cant comment, just fixed a leak, need to wait and watch..
