Metro 24x7 (Stansted Airport)

Driver arrived on time. He was friendly and polite.The car could & should have been cleaner, but was okay.The ride was smooth & not a bad price (£16 from Perry Green to Harlow train station).I'd use them again, no problem.

The lady who took my call was super friendly and ensured all my requirements were met. Our driver was on time, very personable, drove well, and was on time to pick us up and to collect us from a celebratory dinner in London. Recommend.

Taxi was 40 mins late picking us up! (Airport). He was rude said he was busy. Then spent 10 mins arguing with airport staff as he got £100 for not pulling into a bay! And then said that was my fault!! Complained to office who told me they were busy! Don't use for airport runs if you need to get there on time! Never again!!

The taxi service was good as expected. Their was an accident that had happened while the driver was on the way to us and we were kept updated which was nice. My only gripe is that our journey (6 minutes according to Google) from Daisy May's Farm to Stansted Airport cost £40 which seemed very expensive. The reverse journey from the Airport to the farm only cost me about £25 using Uber! Not a bad service but I feel it was rather expensive.

Charged different price from that discussed with the office. And secondly the drivers tend to take Longer routes so that they can charge u more.

The Company itself I have no issues with but the person who picked me up at hospital and dropped me home is possibly the worst taxi driver in history. Driving a Tesla has made this man think he’s untouchable and has made him loose sense. First let say my child has a blood disorder and has been battling with severe episodes we’ve spent days and hours in hospital. You never know what someone is going through especially when picking them up from the hospital. His approach was aggressive when I kindly mentioned to him I believe he’s taken the longer route to my home. The way he responded back to me was aggressive and I felt uncomfortable especially with my 5 year old who is unwell and a female in a taxi at 3am in the morning. Not only this but I am hoping the company is able to monitor his speed. Driving a Tesla does not mean you have to put others lives at risk. He sped on the road like he didn’t have two innocent lives at the back of his car. I am sure he won’t care and explain his side of the story but Somebody as arrogant as him does not seem like they are able to take Critiques and accountability for their actions. Level of customer service their was non and he lacked empathy and kindness. He behaved like a robot and not a human. It was awful and do not wish this man to drive anyone else around Harlow. Metro taxis get rid! He will chase away your good customer. I should have used Uber instead. Never felt so violated! He needs to fix his attitude as far as I am concerned he seemed like he hated his job but he shouldn’t take it out on great customers! Honestly I am so shocked and I am taken back but what I have experienced when the company themselves have been ever so kind to me!

Brilliant driver. 100% gold stars. They were considerate. Quick and efficient to use. Will use them again. ALWAYS my number one cab company no matter my need.!! SUPERB SERVICE ALWAYS RECOMMEND TO OTHERS

Usually happy with the service but today the driver was reluctant to help me put my large suitcase in the boot, his excuse was the rain. He asked if my son would help me instead was not happy about this. He eventually helped but had no manners.

I have used your company for many years. I've always found the office staff to be very polite and friendly, always calling me by my name which makes you feel that they pay attention to detail and that in turn makes me feel like a person, not just another fare.I've only good things to say about your drivers, always curtious and friendly. Some drivers have gone above and beyond to be helpful over the years and thats why I have always used your company and will continue to do so. Many thanks.

Excellent service, driver was a few minutes early (unlike previous experiences I’ve had with other companies either being late or not turning up). I booked a wait and return to take my daughter to school, we arrived earlier than expected and driver was very understanding and still happy to wait for for me. Will definitely be using this company again and recommend to others.Thank you so much! 5****
