Brilliant to deal with and very efficient

Very obstructive and unwilling driver, put me onto his very rude boss. Have delivered a tonne bag of slate onto the actual road outside my house when I very clearly stated on the order (also said it on the delivery note) that it was to be delivered round the back of the house onto the cement behind the garage. Said they wouldn't drive down the road as it was a dirt road (its gravelly, we've had many bulk bags delivered down here as well as skips..) and when the boss hung up, the driver just drove away without a word. No resolve. Awful experience. Assume Cannon outsource to the company truck in the photo but as it was Cannon who were emailing me the tracking and information, what am I to think?

Great Company to work for. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a new job.
