The experience of having Needle Rock upholster our sofas was outstanding from beginning to end. The intial visit was thorough as was everything they diddling not only produces an outstanding result but does it with such openess & warmth.Look at this pictures. Look how Ali matched all the stripes up to perfection & the end of the arm rest is a work of art. I really cannot recommend them too highly.We decided to go for reupholstering as the sofas were 25 years old & high quality and what we would have had to pay for a similar quality for one we could get them redone.So before you replace that old chair or sofa think about a quote from them. Needle Rock are worth it!

I searched 12 months - both wide & far in my search for the Chesterfield sofa of my dreams, by some fortunate twist of fate I spotted a Chesterfield which had seen better days on this Company’s Social media it was a project they’d been planning to bring back to life… Well, following a complete and through consultation with Ali I knew I had to have it. Today I received my fantastic one of a kind bespoke sofa along with 2 stunning leather chairs beautifully resurrected with skill, care & love. I am beyond delighted with Needle Rock, Ali is a wonderful lady and with her trusty sidekick Gordon helping lift into place this super furniture has found it’s forever home. I recommend this lovely company to anyone who desires First class products combined with a quick turnaround crafted to your own specifications & Made in Wales with lots and lots of Love ❤️Thank you, thank you, thank you xxx Mark W

Ali from Needle Rock carried out a wonderful job of reupholstering seats from two 1969 Prince of Wales Investiture Chairs. She also created two beautiful cushions to match.I am thoroughly delighted with the outcome and would recommend Ali for all aspects of upholstery works.

We had 2 pieces of furniture re-upholstered by Ali of Needle Rock and the service was very professional from collection to delivery. We asked Ali to reupholster a chaise and wing chair, the chair was my late mother's and very precious and important to have done right. Ali on collection explained the process and what she envisaged the work would entail. Ali arranged for samples of materials we had chosen to be delivered to our home in order for us to make our selection. We had been provided with a timeframe and towards the end of that time we received a call to say deliver was arranged. The finished items are beautiful and my mother's chair is so pretty; she would definitely approve. Thank you Ali for all you did, such a professional, caring and friendly service. You have made 2 pieces of furniture very special.

In my experience, Needlerock are, not only are masters of their craft, they also go the extra mile for you in terms of responding to upholstery emergencies (which have happened several times in my holiday let apartment) and are super nice on top of that. Their prices have always been very fair and reasonable.I would not hesitate to recommend them to customers who are looking for someone to provide both smaller mends and complex upholstery alike. This business is an asset to the area.

When we needed to have our dining chairs re-upholstered, we happened to come across an advert for Needle Rock Upholstery. What luck! Ali was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and highly skilled. She removed the seats of our chairs, whisked them away and very quickly returned them, beautifully transformed . We would have no hesitation in recommending her company and wish her every success as the business grows.
