Went for a massage with Martin to release some shoulder tension after an accident and felt better after one session. Have booked in again to work with him to improve posture and improve mobility. Really pleased with his service and happy to recommend.

I've had a great experience at Active Life Therapy and Fitness! Martin was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained very well what he found during my massage and took the time to explain how that affects the rest of my movement which was spot on! The massage cabin is lovely and private, it is a really relaxing environment to forget about time and have the exact massage yor muscles need!

Just had a deep tissue massage with Martin. It was wonderful. The whole experience was great, Martin put me at ease straight away….so much so, I fell asleep! Feel very relaxed now & looking forward to going back. Highly recommend

The massage cabin is a lovely place.My needs were assessed to produce a massage action plan. The massage then definately stretched out muscles in my back and neck that needed stretching that yoga just doesn't reach. This was combined with a relaxing massage. Overall a pleasant but also effective experience, thankyou Martin.Sacha.

Excellent treatment. Have been twice now for my back and what a difference each massage has made - I've come out with my shoulders and back feeling much looser and without pain. Also have had expert advice about physio exercises to keep the pain at bay and gradually improve my posture (which had degraded over many years. Highly recommended.

My first back massage with Martin today. I was greeted by a very warm welcome. I have Scoliosis and I am in pain on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Martin. He took the time to listen to & evaluate my concerns & current issues. I don’t normally have massages, but I left feeling so much better. I will be returning.

I highly recommend Martin for massage!I'd booked and had had my first back, neck and shoulder massage with Martin today. I sit at a desk for 10 hours a day and consequently have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Martin was incredibly welcoming and extremely knowledgeable in his initial assessment and the subsequent massage was sublime. Remarkably, Martin managed to deliver a massage that was both relaxing and targeted, to the point where I could feel the tension dissipating from my stiff and tight neck muscles.This afternoon sat at my desk has been much more comfortable and I can already feel a greater range of movement.I have since booked my next session and will continue with regular treatments.
