Fantastic service. After struggling to get any sense from a well know nationwide cycle shop who wanted £180 to fix a gear cable. Hares did the repair there and then in 30 mins on a busy Saturday morning for less than £30. What can I say, a gem of a business, please use and recommend these guys.

Husband and I wanted to buy a Volt e-bike each. As Hares only had one available on the day we bought it, we got the second one elsewhere. The difference in the standard of delivery was incredible - Hares outshone the other agent in their customer service, knowledge and general care and I would definitely use Hares for future servicing etc in the knowledge that they know their stuff and actually care about what they are doing

Hares helped me recently with an issue with my electric conversion kit and I would not hesitate to use them again. This is a class outfit. Helpful, knowledgeable and efficient all at a very reasonable cost.

I took my sons and my mountain bike to have tubeless tyres fitted. The level of service was excellent. Will and his colleague took time out to explain everything to me. I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent shop with great service. I've had several bikes built by Will. He really does build great bikes better than anyone else I've tried in Bath and Chippenham. We now get all our bikes serviced here.

I needed a cardboard box to transport a bike on a plane back to Ireland. The box was held for 5 days before I picked it up, absolute legends! He even handed me a blade to cut the box to the desired height, super bike shop. Could not have helped me any more, A1 !!!
