Abysmal. Waited 15 min for 2 coffees. Apparently shift change over time new shift didn't know about order. Don't place an order at 9:55pm! Even give wrong change.

I did not get my daughters food from a sealed McDonalds bag, after contacting McDonalds the supposed manager Louise suggested contact uber but i was not the delivery it it was the restaurant. Lousie was ill-mannered, refused to deal with the situation and keeps hanging up when trying to resolve the matter this place needs to hire a new manager before they loose customers. Because of this hassle and now having money stolen i will be contacting the UK head office to ensure the manager of castledene McDonalds is sacked.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered online pancakes with sausage and porridge with jam. Order came with no sausage and no jam. Called the store and I informed them to which I was told I would be given a refund. I did say they should train their staff properly and as I was going to ask how would I get a refund if they hadn't asked me for my order number they hung up on me. How rude. Certainly won't be ordering or visiting the store again.

Have been sat in the drive through queue for 35 minutes. Watched car after car getting their orders (happy meals - the same as me) finally my order was delivered, minus any sauces/straws etc. Didn’t care - just wanted out of there. Would of been quicker visiting in person - never again - it’s not worth it.

Pre-ordered my grand children food. Order was wrong, missing items. After three attempts two of them for missing items. Overall service absolutely shocking.I phoned to speak to the manager on duties to give feedback didn't seem to be taken seriously.Won't be ordering on line again.

Staff are constantly cleaning. Customers dropped litter outside and staff immediately went and picked up. By far the cleanest best run McDonald’s I have seen.

Honest everytime I order from them the delivery is wrong and short. Think this is the 3rd time this year it’s happened. 2 days ago my order arrived 35mins late cold 2 double cheese burger short and 1 milkshake. Your serving 2 meals why wouldThat not include 2 drinks!

Carpark is a joke .. Packed with Eastern European delivery drivers parking anywhere blocking the exit.. Delivery drivers are served first and had to wait 20 minutes to get my luke warm food. Burger King next-time.
