It was indeed a welcome break to visit the place however the sheer number of guests was so big that it wasn't really enjoyable once we got to the food court. it was very hard to find seating space and service was not good due to that.

Plenty of truck parking, looks like it’s been redone recently because the last time I went there was some absolute huge holes in the parking area. Went upstairs and tried out the breakfast from the cafe, was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. For the price I don’t think you can complain. Friend had told me it wasn’t great so thought I’d try it for myself and maybe he is fussy cause I rather enjoyed the breakfast. Quick service as well so ideal for being on the go.

Nice place- I used to stop frequently heading north to visit family. Use to be amazing. Cleanliness was outstanding, friendly staff.now however, the toilets smell foul, constant smell of urine. Previously they used to smell like chlorine/bleach. This needs rectifying, I feel bad for the staff cleaning, as visibly the place is clean however they can not mask/remove that smell. Please do something to fix this smell. Thank you.

Messy and dirty. Toilets serviceable but down a tiny corridor where everyone gets in each others way. Tables in Starbucks were dirty and floor was covered in food. The bacon in the Starbucks roll was barely cooked. Altogether unpleasant experience.

Good range of food stops including Burger King, KFC, a noodle bar and a Starbucks. Toilet facilities were also very good, lots of cubicles and urinals, sinks and hand driers we also good. Car park isn’t massive so can fill up quickly but all in all a good experience and service station.

Great place to stop on way south, the restaurants are on the bridge over the motorway with views over it. KFC, Burger King, Subway, Starbucks and Good Breakfast.

Definitely in need of refurbishment, but the choice of diners and shops was good. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Pricing is at the top end of expensive. They need to learn that 20 items at £5 profit is better than 10 at £7 profit.

I stopped over here often.Terrible, I must say!The burger at Burger King sells at a premium but tastes like someone first wiped their derrière with it.At the Kfc (see photos), I was once given hot chocolate without chocolate! Machine had run out of chocolate!I complained so they kindly got me a replacement from the neighbouring Burger King. But guess what? ... No chocolate in it either.I ended up with 2 cups of tasteless hot frothed milk!Honestly, you couldn't make this stuff up!!I was so upset that I laughed at myself!
