I have bought and sold many properties over the last 30 years in Southampton and have probably used most of the agents in London Road.This year, prompted by the stamp duty holiday, we decided to move. Rob sold our house in 2 days and we had offers (at asking price or over) by 3 parties.Our ongoing purchase was also though Rob and the whole process was straightforward. He was on hand day and night, 7 days a week to get the sale and purchase over the line. He’s motivated but also honest and honourable. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.I’ve since recommended him to a neighbour who was unsuccessful in selling their home with a rival agent and was very demotivated and had removed it from the market.
