Disappointing experience overall. The glass items are nice enough though not cheap. They way they are packed is not great for gifting though. The candle I purchased was packed without the hook and chain necessary for hanging it - making it reasonably useless to me. I only realised when I got home to London. Made me sad and disappointed.
