Parked my bicycle there for a day. Secure and great central location.

good option to park close to centre of town. However need take care with the height of your car. The way to exit have a extremely low roof. maybe around 1.60m and is possible damage the roof of your veichle or broke the FM aerial on the top.

Absolutely brilliant experience with this car park. I rode my motorbike down to London today which I was very apprehensive about since I’ve never done it before. I was concerned about riding in the congestion zone and parking.I contacted ‘My car park’ late last night and spoke to someone on the customer service team that explained everything over the phone. It gave me reassurance that I wasn’t going to be faffing around once I got there. They took my details and sent me a link via email to pay for the parking in advance. It’s a flat rate of £6 per day for motorbikes. Once I arrived at the barrier it automatically lifted which sends you down a ramp to a second barrier which also lifts automatically. This gave me huge confidence that my bike was going to be safe. Once I got down there, there was plenty of parking available. There’s also easy pedestrian assess to and from street level, through a security door so you can rest assured no one will be nosing around your pride and joy. And there was security patrolling the car park to give you that extra reassurance.I spoke to multiple staff before and during my visit with enquiries and they were all very pleasant and very helpful.I will definitely be using this service again when needed and I certainly recommend it to anyone who wants peace of mind when leaving their vehicle in London.

Needed close access to GOSH, perfect placement with a lush coffee shop right next door with toilets. Had a pram so stairs were a no, parking attendant really helpful and opened up the exit door. About £25 for 6 hours, there are cheaper but not worth the lack of attendant and close facilities.

Competitive price. Followed sat nav to location as up a hidden side street.Followed instructions from booking information and was very simple to enter and exit. Car only car park as low ceilings in places inside, any vehicle which is higher I would not use this car park.Car park itself was near empty but quite tight around corners.Would definitely use this car park again, approximately 15 minute walk to Covent Garden as a guide time.

Incredibly convenient and easy to use car park in between Holborn and Fleet Street with lots of spaces (although not suitable for high/large vehicles due to it being a basement car park)You can either pre-book and pre-pay or use a parking App when on-site.Fantastic customer service from the very helpful and friendly staff in all aspects.Highly recommended 10/10

Parkfinda - Holborn Gate Car Park
Found this car park after reading terrible reviews for NCP car park recommended to us staying at the Travel lodge covent Garden. This car park is very secure and felt very safe leaving my car there. The entrance is easy enough to find (not the first one on the left that I first attempted) There is a large sign when you reach the correct entrance. Parking spaces are small to average size and are located just by the entrance/exit ramps. This car park is not suitable for wheelchair users or people who have difficulty with steps. Make a note of the location of the pedestrian steps when you leave so that you can find them on your return as they are secluded. Pin entry required to get back into the car park adding to the security. Worth the money and not that far from bus routes. Highly recommend for peace of mind.

Difficult to rate a car park, perhaps, but I found using the app to book a space and turning up went seamlessly. I half expected there to be no places, but I visited a few days before Xmas and the city was pretty empty for that, and for Covid. Spaces clearly marked and spaced out. Cost was good compared to other options. There were no staff present, though they were on the phone/intercom if needed remotely. A little tricky to find but is actually signposted from the main roads in the area.

READ THIS If you're planning to use this car park: I used this car park today (01/07/2022). I spent over 30 minutes trying to access the car park entrance, because the entrance to the Southampton Buildings road has been temporarily blocked off due to construction work. The street is typically a one-way street, so it only has one entrance, but this is no longer the case due to the construction work. You must now enter the street via Carey St -> Chancery Ln. What's worse, is that this hasn't been properly registered on most, if not all navigation software. So if you seek directions from Google Maps, or TomTom, it will direct you to use the blocked off junction. What fun!In short, if you're planning on using this car park, and the entrance to the Southampton Buildings road (via the junction on High Holborn) is blocked off, you can enter the road via Carey St -> Chancery Ln. Oh, and you cannot access Chancery St via the junction on High Holborn, as that's also blocked off (which also hasn't been registered on Google Maps/TomTom). This is why I suggest using Carey St to access Chancery Ln. From Chancery Ln, you can access the Southampton Buildings road.If you're using Google Maps/TomTom, and it's still directing you to use the blocked junctions, just set your destination to Carey St.As for the car park itself, it was easy to use once I gained entry, though as others have mentioned, a little tight at some corners. Also quite reasonably priced if you book online. I just wish the car park operators had bothered to provide me with updated instructions on accessing the road.I hope that this review will assist others who intend to use this car park. Thanks,Nav

it's a very convenient place to park, and probably a very safe option as well. the parking attendant is very helpful and flexible. however, it is pricey if you pay there, but if you book in advance it's much more reasonable, the height is limited, 1m63cm or 5'4, low inside in some parts. there is a pedestrian entrance/exit near the parking attendants office/near staples inn walk path.
