I had my hair done by Molly on the 21st June and it still looks amazing. I really can’t express how much I love what she did and she took the time to listen to me and guide me through the process. The chapel is stunning inside and the entire experience is incredibly special. I really can’t recommend enough.

The website will show you an interesting and attractive building, with a tasteful and on point interior, but what a web site cannot do is give you what you really want to know...How good is the hair cut going to be?I have had many hair styles over the years and many people whom think they can cut hair but only a few can truly apply there craft.Ive been on the hunt for a quality hair cut and Becky at the chapel has answered the quest.So if you want a stylist that actually knows what there doing, a cut that looks great weeks after you had it done, and a professional yet relaxed environment where you know that when leaving your feel great then I suggest you make an appointment and look no further..

I had my first experience of this ‘sanctuary’ this morning. From the lovely friendly Welcome, drink and goodies from Host Heidi to the actual haircut from Sarah and Becky, I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing time. The personal service is great. The Chapel is such a beautiful environment - a haven away from the usual hustle and bustle of life. A place to recharge the soul - and the hair! I look forward to seeing you all again at my next appointment.

My daughter arranged my appointment and for my husband. The first time we both had a cut and blow dry but wow what an experience. For the first time I was actually listened to. The place was fantastic every little thing taken care of. We both felt really special. We left feeling great.Yesterday we visited The Chapel once more, this time I had a colour as well, so so happy. Superb place very professional and wonderful people. My hair was fabulous.This place will be such a success, will really take off so different from any other salon I have visited. Have to make sure we book ahead!! Thank you so much.

The staff listen to you and will advise on best hairstyles. Coffee is brilliant and look forward to the delicious nibbles. Highly recommend If you have not tried them give them a go

Ok, where to begin!?First of all, the interior design blew me away. It has such a warm, welcoming and spacious feel to it. Not to mention it really does stand out in the crowd!!The host, Charlotte, is lovely!!! She went out of her way to make me feel calm and positive about my first time experience there and is such a friendly, outgoing and ideal host for this unique salon. Never known anything like it. By the way, Charlotte makes top notch coffee, lovely company while you wait (and even while you have your hair done) and really amazed me with setting the tone for a fantastic experience ahead.My stylist, Mollie, knows what she is doing. Confident in her abilities and experienced in her craft. I was going for a a drastic change from long hair to short hair and not once did I feel unsure about my choice of salon or hairdresser. We talked about ideas and what would suit best and had a nice level of conversation. Didn't feel rushed at all and im impressed with every aspect of service. Top quality from start to finish and I can't wait to go back!!

I had a really nice time at The Chaple. They’d drawn lovely colourful chalk decorations leading up to the door. I got such a friendly welcome, I felt right at home for my first visit. I had coffee and then a tea. They make it special talking through images of haircuts and even getting the right colour for your gown! I was hesitant booking thinking I could go somewhere cheaper but it was worth every penny :) Am really enjoying my new haircut!

Just wonderful from start to finish. The reception team are so welcoming and all the staff are super friendly. My Stylist Cindy was so lovely! It's finallyso nice to come to a relaxed salon and feel comfortable. I'm so happy with the result, Cindy completely understood and listened as we had a good chat before she got started as this was my first time. The building and interiors are gorgeous, I really appreciatedesign and properties and what you have done to the space in Horsham is gorgeous.
