Armstrong Bell recently changed our very old ISDN telephone system to a new cloud based one. Whilst there was issues due to new working practices William's team spent extra time sitting with users to iron out any niggles. The new phone system is a breath of fresh air and we look forward to making use of all the additional functions that the system offers.

Very helpful and efficient technicians who listen to customer needs and are 100% available and present at installation to ensure smooth implementation. The whole changeover of our phone system went very well and there was no disruption to the service we offer our own online customers who ring in.
