Stockport Road Post Office

They NEVER even try to deliver parcels . Just threw that card somewhere at the front door where anyone can take it even if you live in a block . They won't try to get in touch or knock in the door. DISGUSTING attitude. I paid next day delivery for nothing. I have to go and collect as their staff won't bother to do their job properly. TRY TO AVOID THEM AS MUCH AS YOU CAN !

Is there any post being delivered to knowldale way at any time before Christmas?... Any post any post any post when the post do come thay will find the gate the way it should be but they come in and leave it open y y y ?

very irresponsible for my purchase. If I want to throw out invalid things it's easy to put it in bin. Royal mail lost my purchase and after 3 months they haven't had any thing because it was second class postage. Just let you know second class doesn't have any track.

Royal Mail website has wrong information on both opening hours and location (website gives as about 15 minutes walk away; Google is correct), which is pretty impressive in a way....

This post office is always opening late. Every time I have gone after 9am it has people outside. Not professional at all this should open at 9am as it states.

The professionalism of this delivery office leaves a lot to be desired. Aside from being somewhat rude, there was no offer or alternative solution to resolve a straight forward matter. On 4 separate occasions I have paid for next day delivery, only to to receive a something for you card". It is unfortunate but it just seems like there is no attempt to even try and deliver items. Absolutely terrible and appalling customer service. The Post Office was supposed to be closing at 5:30 PM and I was there at 5:00 PM but they didn't let me send my parcel. I weighed my parcel and was advised by the staff to pack the parcel to send. One of the male Asian staff had approached me and asked me to leave the shop advising to come back tomorrow because they had to close when I was writing the address on my parcel. When I told him that I would like to send my parcel because I've been served already by one of his colleague, he started being rude towards me and called me all sort of names! Most outrages and horrible place I've ever been to!!!!! Will never go to this branch to waste my time. Extremely rude staff!!!!

Usually , irresponsible staff, too rude to costumers and having no common sense. Some staff be on lack of explaining posting steps when they do the same job quite repeatedly, but this is not the customer's problem. Customers should always receive the ultimate service.

I went to get my provisional renewed and the man just threw the form at me and said they can't renew provisional licenses. He's a liar. I think he did it because there was a queue and he didn't want to take the time.If he would've said to me there's a considerable queue
