The two women in charge spoil this charity shop. They clearly hate working in this shop. Please do every one a favour and LEAVE!!Every time I walk around this shop I can hear them moaning or talking about the customers or even shouting out loud at them. If an item of clothing has fallen on the floor please be aware as the older one talks out loud in a nasty way for every one to hear.

One of the women that work there with short blonde hair approx 60-70 years old. Very rude and makes me feel unwelcome every time I go there. She has a problem with children, and a problem with anyone who enters. Talks to people with no respect, only looked at an item and she shouted “that hasn’t got a price on it yet” in front of all the customers. She needs the sack.

Ridiculously overpriced and the old woman who works there is unbelievably rude. Shame it’s a charity shop as they seem to be doing all they can to discourage sales and shoppers.

I moved home and I rang them to see if they wanted the furniture I couldn't take with me. They agreed to collect it but I would have accept a 6 hour time window. I accepted this. They came in 4 hours. Their attitude was awful and said they wouldn't take any of the furniture only the bags and boxes. So I was left with all the furniture because I had to leave the property that day. It was quite clear they didn't want to take it down the stairs. Customer service is zero, attitude awful. Iwill never deal with them again.

Really enjoyed visiting this place until an older lady followed me around the store and accused me, the only young brown tattooed person in the store amongst older white ladies, of stealing. Judging a book by its cover when I’ve shopped there plenty of times and donated clothes! Not ok.

Jamie was absolutely wonderful, and I was served by him I was happy with his politeness. In case you didn't know they re-use plastic shopping bags so if you have any spares be sure to donate.

Have bought many times from here over the years. Found some brand new items for a bargain. I've had Some brand new ex clearence stock or ex display stock from high end clothing retailers. Shop is always full of stock. Nice variety of things. Prices are fair and affordable. Staff are always nice and friendly. Recently I've been going and the clothes seem the same everytime I go there, prices are okayish for the most part.

Have donated to this shop before, never again! Donated some really nice expencive stuff to them. Clothes that have never been warn.Been calling them for 2 days to donate more stuff and they've cut me off with out even answering the phone. You think these places would be happy, getting loads of stuff for free. And we get nothink out of it. Had a mattress I needed to get rid of but they wouldnt take it cuz it had 1 tiny stain on it, it was pretty much brand new.what are these people expecting it's a charity shop course it's gunna be second hand and not good condition.
