Absolute joke of a company. Appalling customer service! Have wasted so many hours going back and forth with this company.Windscreen and rear window was damaged in the same incident. Took them ages to come out and fix the windscreen then on top of that said I would have to pay extra excess for the rear window when it's part of the same incident!Would not recommend anyone using this company if they can avoid. I've made several complaints about the time they have wasted. They say they're going to do one thing but end up going back on that word. Been going round in circles for weeks!

Excellent service throughout.Customer service on booking was great, centre then rang and said they could accommodate 24 hours early which was extremely useful and the staff member that came to my home was very knowledgeable and competent. Would recommend.

The guy I met was brilliant. Did not have to wait when dropping my car off. I received text when work was completed. I picked up my car and it was clean and all information provided including tests carried out. Excellent service

What a joke. Booked in in for a 2 hour slot at 9am. Was told I'd get a call when it was ready. I live 30 minutes away so went for a walk while the work was carried out. 12pm came and no call so I rang but nobody answered. Turned up at the branch at 12.30pm as I needed the car back for nursery pick up only to find the work hadn't even been started. Complete waste of my morning.

Its hard to say because Ibhave now been on thevphonevfor over an hour ringing and no answer....... Poor.

These people are absolute cowboysThese people are absolute cowboys , came and fitted a rear window but brought the wrong window , then fitted the right window but broke all the panels in the car , 11 weeks later they still haven't repaired my car , didn't turn up twice then turned up with all the wrong parts , blamed Ford and I've not seen them since ..disgusting vile company with absolutely no respect for people's propertyDate of experience: 23 August 2023 or there abouts, been so many dates that they have been or not turned last date was last Tuesday 24.10.23 and they came with all the wrong parts , not heard from them since ..DISGUSTING

Good service, repair completed promptly while I waited.

Made an appt for home visit for Saturday, got a call from national customer service to say I'd have to take it in due to the sensors as they have a machine, I told them I don't have a camera or sensors on my screen, however told I had to take it in, been on nights arrived early at 8am, to be greated by the nicest man benny, he told me to have a nap if I wanted and he'd watch the camera for any issues, he made me and another girl a proper cup of coffee and kept me informed, the fitter was great as well few issues and some clips to replace as worn, but had been ordered, bad start by national call centre but luckily you have fab people working at the Leeds branch if it wasn't for them I would have given a 1 star for messing me around and making me go in to a branch, thank you Leeds branch you where brilliant

Problems with ADAS systems after their so-called “calibration”. They refused to investigate further claiming everything was alright. Well, Mercedes-Benz of Harrogate claims otherwise finding a problem within the calibration of the multifunctional camera. The systems are working ok now, which cost me £100 from my pocket as no one from that cowboy team is capable of doing it correctly. Thank you very much for your incompetence, National Windscreens. Also, the installed windscreen has deffects and they refused to acknowledge them just because they were not reported straightaway - if that would be scratch or chip stone - fair enough, but they are rough patches on the surface both on the inside and on the outside of the glass.

Outstanding service from booking through to collecting the car after the swift completion (1hr) of the job (including the complex camera alignemnt for my make/model). Staff were friendly and explained the process/work done. Highly recommended, will use again.
