I should have read the reviews before ordering food here. We were visiting the area so I don't think ordering here again would be in our future plans. The food was substandard, all the dishes were extremely salty and carried a similar flavour profile due to the excessive salt. The egg fried rice was okay, just a bit dry.

The food was really nice however no prices on display. My order of six items ( 3 chow mein, two lemon chicken, mini spring rolls and prawn crackers that wasn't in the bag) was £47 which is only £32 in Haslemere. For that I had a missing prawn crackers and half the amount of mini spring rolls ( 5 here, 10 at Wok Star). I ordered and waited in the shop. For £15 less I'd happily drive to Haslemere. Shame as the food was good. But with no price list I should have known better. They could have made any price up on the spot.

Had worst Chinese ever . The egg fried rice was like brown rice. Pork balls with sweet and sour were in thick doughy batter : inedible. Chow mein was noodles with virtually nothing else in it . Duck in pancakes was dried up meat

Place looked a bit run down and the food was a bit strange eg all the same beige colour -even the vegetables- and tasted bland. We did eat most of it and the portions were generous.

We ordered a takeaway last night and it was vile to much msg and so salty we didn't eat it at all. The prices had changed also -£2-£3 more on each dish!. We were very disappointed and will definitely not be ordering again the person that delivered our food had food splatters all over his top also. If I could give no stars I would as it was vulgar. The only thing that was great was the delivery time.

We ordered for delivery and it came spot on time and piping hot. 1 special curry with lovely tender meat and a duck curry that was superb. The sea food chow mein with gray was delicious. I cannot praise this take away highly enough. Everything was excellent.

After waiting over our suggested delivery time I called to chase up the delivery. 1 hour 30 mins later we finally receive our food. Some of the order was incorrect. All of the food was soggy, and only mildly warm. We have had bad experiences before, we should have learnt our lesson.

Food was awful, £26 of Chinese straight in the bin wouldn't even give it to my dog it was that salty, chicken was ropey, rice was rock hard and curry sauce tasted like my nans cassarole.Should have left food there after seeing the state of the shop, looked like an old scrapyard.Will be ordering pizza instead

I've just shared the most delicious set meal for two with my partner. The pork dish was really good. Very filling and good value for money. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Borderline inedible.Special fried rice was literally egg fried rice on one side of a dish with some meat/gravy on the other.Sweet and Sour mixed balls" looked like they had been run over with a car. Weird brown/grey meat mush covered in half a pound of salt with illuminous pink sauce.I've eaten a bunch of Chinese food. I'm very forgiving when a place isn't "that good". But this is hands down the worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had the misfortune of ordering from. Worse than a place that gave me food poisoning.The only reason I subjected myself to this was because Great Wall is closed on Tuesday and the other one is cash only and doesn't do delivery.Just don't bother. Really. Save yourself."
