100% Shop elsewhere, I received a shed that I can only describe as fit for a bonfire. Panels broken, panel warped, nails hanging out, nails no hit in properly, wood split, wood not lined up before securing. Delivery was not in time slot sent through by company when I had a arranged to be home for so when I arrived home to find this poor excuse for a shed dumped out the front of my house where anything could have happened, to then have ridiculously small partial refund offers from Walton’s to fix the repairs which would cost me more to repair than they would refund to then be lied to continuously about my full refund of when it was processed and when I shall receive my money back.Honestly avoid this company like the plague and buy else where.

Order a shed/summer house combo. Arrived on time.Instructions fairly easy to follow. A couple of bits needed adapting to fit, but not too tricky.Broken bits were replaced with no quibbles and arrived very fast.Thanks… looking forward to sitting and storing stuff in it.Matt

Great customer service, prompt delivery and good quality product. Easy instructions and everything went together nicely. Good quality log store at reasonable price, and hoping will last for many years. Bonus spare screws left over as well :)

Sent a shed damaged and told me I would have a long wait for replacement parts.. However after a poor review on here they all of a sudden could send the parts much earlier . So this review is an updated review. Ok company but you have to be firm with them or they might take liberties. Upgraded from 1 star to 3.

After deciding it was time to retire our current shed which has been standing for 35 years, we came across Waltons and placed an ordered for a new shed at the beginning of August and I’m pleased with the product I’ve received this morning. The order process was very smooth and easy to do and when I’ve spoken to customer service they were equally very helpful and always made sure that any questions I had were answered. The delivery driver Kevin was a great representative of the company, despite delivering at just after 7am, he was a breath of fresh air, very positive and very happy, I could see that he took great pride in his job and even offered me some helpful tips on how to install it and on weatherproofing it. Kevin is an asset to your company and more delivery drivers should be like him! I’m excited and looking forward to installing the new shed!Thank you all, I will highly recommend this company to anyone I know looking for a shed

So I placed an order for a 10 X 8 wooden shed and 3 weeks later was delivered. Upon delivery I noticed warped panel's(huge big gaps), broken and chipped bits, nails gone in side ways that cracked the wood and unevenness within all the panels and structure which created gaps between.....I can go on and After waiting for 3 weeks delivery I had arranged for someone to come and install the shed. So I call up the customer service and tell them the problem ( no apologies whatsoever) and I get told how I can fix them or get sent replacement which is another 3 weeks. So they offer me a maximum£45 (cost me more to have it put up) as a goodwill of gesture which is nothing for a stress involved and wasn't easy fix (which over the phone it was made so ). I wish also I've read the reviews on here before hand making the purchase but you live and learn.

Received our greenhouse within a week of ordering. Easy to follow instructions, plus additional pieces of timber and screws were a useful addition. Be aware that timber can have natural defects, but nothing some wood filler can't solve.

Excellent Customer service and delivery. Received a call before the deliver to confirm the time. Delivered by driver Neil who was a credit the company and made the delivery process simple and even explained the basics of what was what.

I am generally pleased with the 8 x 6 Shiplap Apex Wooden Shed ordered from Waltons in May 2022. Delivery was on time and everything delivered to plan. But, for health reasons the shed could not be erected until July 2022. It was kept under cover in the meantime.Construction took two of us (one a builder) a whole day and in his view it was ‘modular and fairly complicated’. Still, the end result was pleasing and secure (see images 01 & 02). There were numerous finishing jobs to be done the next day which included fitting locks, a cap sheet for the roof and painting. Note: the base had already been constructed and is not included in these timings.Two problems encountered: Image 03 – maybe the centre joist that supports the roof panels became warped during storage – we’ll never know. Anyway it was very difficult to fit and the steel brackets had to be bent to fit.Image 04 – there seemed to be nothing to hold the non-window side panels in place at the top and the next day the whole side had bowed outwards beyond the roof line. We had to carefully put screws through the side panels and up into the roof to hold them in place.But a good solid shed and I am glad that I chose the shiplap construction and superior roofing felt. We will see how it stands the test of time.

Excellent service with clear and exact delivery details, the summerhouse is very good and fits perfectly in the corner of our garden and is exactly what we wanted. Quality is great for the price and building it was straight forward. Although, as instructed it does take at least 2 people to build. Delivery was as instructed and the chaps delivering were very helpful and polite.Very pleased five star.
