Fantastic customer service. Needed a kids tie urgently for the following morning. Called them to ask if they'd have one in stock and they did. But they were already passed their closing time but remained open for 15min until I could get to them to collect it. Don't often get service like that nowadays. Many many thanks.

Excellent service. Took my 10 year old in to get a best match for other wedding suits. Very professional service and the man knew what he was talking about. My son was totally at ease getting measured and fitted. We weren’t at all rushed, and were given time to fit, discuss and buy. Made a dreaded shopping trip a piece of cake! Will definitely go back.

I went here to get a suit for my son and will definitely return. they have a good selection of quality suits and reasonably priced. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Such a great men's store! It really is a gem in Derry. Craig is very helpful, friendly and will go the extra mile for you. Being 6'6 is a bit of a challenge to find a suit/formal wear that is not only fitting

Top class service ,We visited this shop last month for my sons first communion suit ,they are so helpful and had my son measured up suited and booted on first appointment , excllent customer service we have one very happy we boy ,thanks again definitely the best suit shop in the town

Craig and the Team at BTS were outstanding helping me with suits for my wedding. This was slightly tricky as and two groomsmen are based in London and the other Groomsmen are in Derry. Craig made the whole process painless and suits looked amazing. Each person fitted to perfection. I can't thank the team enough and would recommend them to anyone looking to get fitted for any occasion.
