Nova Chrome is the company that I bought my first sublimation equipment 13 years ago. I had their genuine and proffesional help all the way to this day. I don't usually do google reviews as I believe just 1 transaction can not be sufficent for a negative or positive feedback. I give my 5 star rating to them, they fully deserve it for their great product range, customer service and technical support throughout all those years.

I have just started to use Nova Chrome, although I have been in the industry for over 12 years now. I placed an order with Carly which arrived promptly as you would expect. However, I was so impressed with the professionalism , knowledge and friendliness of Carly that I wanted to write a review. If she is an example of the service that is provided by Nova Chrome I will certainly be using them again. Nova chrome are very lucky to have such a professional and pleasant member of staff. I ordered my sublimation equipment with Nova Chrome in 2018 and since then they have always been there to help me with advice and assistance. They have a genuine interest in giving their customers a great service. They are friendly, helpful and professional and I thoroughly recommend them if you are looking for anything sublimation. Some years ago we entered the sublimation market as a small company. Nova Chrome has supported us throughout our growth. Having worked with several sublimation providers over the years we have found that there is no organisation that even comes close to Nova Chrome. It is an absolute delight to work with the sales team always cheerful and very efficient. Orders always come the following day and if the carrier has damaged the items Nova Chrome are swift to act. I have lost count of the number of times the technical support team has provided us with support their knowledge is outstanding and their relationships with equipment manufacturers pay dividends every time. Because of the trust we have in Nova Chrome it makes them our number one supplier. Finally I can only say that if all organisations were as good as Nova Chrome the sublimation industry would be a much better place.

Absolutely amazing service from Nova Chrome UK, we have been using Nova Chrome for all our equipment and printable products for a few years now and they never fail to help if it is needed. There is always a very friendly voice at the end of the phone and just recently they have helped with a technical issue.
