Panda Garden Chinese Takeaway

It's the best Chinese food I've had in Perth for sure.He can be a wee bit cheeky but I dinny mind that.Food is always ready when they say it'll be ready.Portions are massive and they have the best Chinese Curry sauce going.Downside: cash only, c'mon Jackie Chan It's not the 80's FFS.Otherwise faultless, tasty, well priced food from a cheeky bugga who only takes cash.

I repeated order twice and was given not what I ordered.The food was not of a good standard and most of ot was pur in the bin!I do not understand why in this day and age you can only pay by cash!I will not return and wasted £20

One star despite this having the best Chinese food in Perth ! We live out of town and few takeaways deliver to us . Last week we got there at 5pm and the guy said , what you want , he was in his own words too busy to make what I requested , but could do an alternative if I waited 30-40 minutes . So we waited , food was as usual excellent . Today my husband went in around 5.30 and the guy behind the counter just shouted over we too busy and refused to take his order , not even bothering to come to the counter ! I know other people this has happened to as well . Really bad customer service , totally rude ! The food is good and they are obviously busy but perhaps employing another staff member would be good for business . You’ve not just lost this customer today , we won’t be back . Plenty of other businesses glad of the trade .

Dreadful customer service, called and placed our order. All good. Food was going to be delivered soon, fabulous. Went to give my card number, was told No. Cash only. Disgraceful service and was told no cash no food. Disgraceful service and needless to say we would not order again. Shame as we would order a lot. You are idiots

Fabulous food. Happened across it when my local Chinese was closed and I've never turned back. Have had delivery and picked up myself. The shop is clean, the extractor fans aren't noisy but are extremely efficient as there's no cooking smell. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend.

The food from panda garden is excellent... In saying that, I tried to order a chicken in orange sauce (which is clearly shown on their menu at £5.30 exld rice etc) and was told that they don't have that".... customer service could be better as I asked for an alternative similar thing but wasn't given any advice........I cannot say 1 bad thing about the taste of their food. Well done for quality! I can see room for improvement when it comes to service. (hopefully this wasn't just one bored employee)"

Best Chinese carry out Resturant I’ve experienced in Perth , quality food

Ordered over counter vegetable chow mein and clearly stated no peppers and it was read back stating no peppers yet full of peppers. I am allergic to peppers. Very sloppy.

I could not believe how rude the owner was when answering the phone …. “ yes yes yes!! was how he answered the phone, followed by an aggressive, where are you!! we are very busy!! and I never actually said anything…. How these people are in business is beyond me…. Some CS training should be implemented.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t even manage to place an order.
