I have a love for retro bikes and a very limited knowledge on repairing them! Jonathan who runs this service has a passion for the older bikes too!He sourced the exact parts I needed and fitted them and was very thorough at making sure everything was working just as it should before I left.A joy to do business with and will be definitely taking all my future bikes here for servicing and repairs.

Bike was in need of some attention, back wheel wobbled gears not working correctly brakes and a new single crank fitting johnathan called within minutes and came to look at it. took bike away brought it back a day later all fixed even went over whole bike and checked everything was in good working order. He has lots of knowledge and would answer any questions I had. Nice friendly chap doesn't charge a fortune like some repair shops. I now have one happy son and a bike that works perfectly thanks johnathan

Jonathan came out to service my bike and make some minor tweaks as it was second hand so wanted it to get the full once over - Jonathan was very prompt in replying , we set up a date for him to come to my work place and he came out , serviced my bike and the cost was extremely reasonable for this. If you need anything doing to your bike - I highly recommend Jonathan if you have any doubt about your bike !

Fantastic service. Had a serious wobble on both front and rear was about to buy two new wheels and thought maybe the hubs could be re-built. Called Pedal Assist, didn't need to re-build the hubs just tighten hubs up new inner tubes and tyres, job done and the bonus clean. Made up. Thanks Johnathan!! sorry that's a before photo I'll upload an after later.

After buying a second hand bike which had problems I thought I'd have to find a bike shop take it there and pick it up days later for a lot of money. I found pedal assist on Google, a quick message and Jonathan rang me straight back and was round to my house within the hour, he went above and beyond to fix my bike and had me up and running in no time. Can't rate Pedal assist highly enough!Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone with bike issues. 10/10.

Was nice and easy from the off. Contacted Jonathan to sort out a pick up date, to sort out the brakes on my bike.Turned up when he said he would, picked the bike up, repaired it and returned it to me the same day. He even serviced a few extra bits for me at no extra charge.Great service and would recommend.

Brilliant service, texted Jonathan and he came out within a day and fixed my daughters bike, made her very happy.Update 10/9/23 Jonathan has helped me again to find the perfect bike for my daughter that was not too costly. Has helped me find the bike that was best for her needs and then helped me sort out some minor issues with the bike. Jonathan genuinely could not have been more helpful

I had a snapped chain and my derailleur needed replacing. My bike was collected and dropped back off within a day! Great service and the bike feels like new, would definitely recommend.
