Stock carefully positioned in the most annoying fashion upon entrance and approaching tills, to ensure that you walk past as much tat as possible in a vain attempt you’ll buy more. Not sure it meets fire safety regulations to be honest.

Myself some pyjamas and a nice jumper and that prices are excellent but the only problem I had was the mobility school to get around the shop if I knew and it was that small then I would have left my bullet escaped it outside but it was quite good The prices are excellent I will be shopping in there again

This was a fantastic store to buy food from, having many aisles that presented a wide range of options. I was so happy to purchase a cheap bar of white chocolate toblerone since it is unavailable in my town of Skipton, after the local Poundland closed down! The chocolate was delicious and the area for purchases is laid out well with both self-service and staff tills, coming at the end of the very clean store.

Very friendly and helpful and dogs allowed on leads I think! Marvelous,so they can't get pinched.Reasonable prices and clean.VG.xx

We have a choice of catfood buy gold chocolate to you liar because I am a diabetic but if you know how to eat the chocolate you’ll be okay don’t be greedy and eaten when you are eating go to groceries and they’re like it A lot of toilet stuff they do stalk all kinds of different things, even Close to where I spend a good time and their staff are brilliant they look up to you they even remember you even the people will come shop and a friendly too I’ve got nothing Bad to say about the shop, it’s just one brilliant shop.The shop does help you with your money things are so expensive today Poundland looks after peoples pocket the food what do you buy I said thank you, I will still be coming to the shop it helps me out in my pocket. Absolute joke of a store. I don't expect 5 star service and the splendour of Harrods but this place is a disgrace. Cluttered, untidy, no counter staff etc etc. This is not my first visit but it will be my last unless they do something about this shambles of a store. I thought I may have been unlucky on a previous visit when no staff were manning the tills leaving only self service tills as an option ( many customers are elderly and unsure as to how to use these resulting in confusion and hold ups). This visit was even worse, only 3 self service tills in use as one was out of order, long queues which begs the question why they had no manned tills open. To make it worse if you have an over 18 product ( hacksaw for example) you have to wait for a staff member to authorise it. Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss. Other shops nearby are just as cheap and better service.

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by how I was spoken to today by not only 1 but two of your staff as well as the store manager! This is absolutely unacceptable in a busy store were numerous people were delayed due to your staff acting extremely aggressively towards me. I fully intend to take this complain to the maximum level I can as the 3 people involved in this incident SHOULD CERTAINLY NOT BE WORKING DOR FOR POUNDLAND! Well unless that is the attitude that POUNDLAND wish to promote in which case I certainly will never visit a store again and will urge all friends, family etc to avoid the chain aswell.

Unsure why poundland is called Poundland when they sell toothpaste for £2.50, mould spray £3.00 as well as other commodities that are in ranges over £2.00 ...is it really a Pound shop nowadays???? Might as well as go to home bargains or BandM stores, Wilko's or even supermarkets and get my shopping

Best store to shop. Have everything within reasonable prices

Everything time you go in something goes through at a different price than it says on shelf, same today got overcharged again, when you question it person on till is not bothered asked if price was right she said it was but obviously wasn’t didn’t offer me a receipt either.
