Brian helped us with our puppy's separation anxiety and with walking nicely on the lead. He created some quick and simple strategies for us to use and we saw results immediately. Brian communicates naturally with animals and was super easy going and fun to work with. He was really creative with problem solving and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We got in touch with Brian when we were looking for dog trainers, he coached me to be able to train our little puppy to be a well behaved well socialised dog who is a pleasure to be around. We went to him for training and afterwards got his advice on specific issues; such as ways to stop her barking when we have meals. He cares deeply about dogs and explains everything so that we can understand her better. I am often told how well behaved our dog is and I always recommend The K9 Coach to everyone, he is great in person and over Zoom.

Brian has helped greatly with our dog and given us an insight into his behaviour and how to work with him. We rehomed an incredibly reactive and nervous dog, Brian showed us how to progress and deal with tricky behaviours in a calm manner. Would 100% recommend to dog owners experiencing issues with their pooch!

Brian at the K9 coach is awesome. He helped us choose our dog and identify the right breeder - we’re first time owners so it was a bit of a minefield and he told us the right questions to ask, and helped us figure out how to think about bringing a dog into our home along with two kids and two busy parents.He’s also been brilliant with the training - helping us with some behavioural issues by explaining how things seem to the dog and what we need to do to reinforce the kind of habits we want.Five months in and we couldn’t be happier - Toffee is a wonderful dog and compared to other friends of ours who got dogs at a similar time, we seem to be having the best experience.

I have been working with Brian for a few years now with my dog scamp unfortunately scamp didn’t get the best start in life. I rescued Scamp and he in turn saved me too.Because of his poor start, Scamp had many trust and behavioural issues, with Brians help, understanding and patience, he has taught not just Scamp but us as a family to have mutual respect for each other

Alfie the chihuahua !!Brian is an incredibly effective trainer for both dogs and their owners !!!He has been amazingly helpful with techniques that I now use and he has given me so much more confidence when out walking with Alfie.His follow up communication was outstanding and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Brian has helped immensely with our dog Maeve who has been having problems running off and pulling towards water. His dedication and and his kind way with her were lovely to see. He taught me how to get her focus and keep her interested in me whilst out on walks and how to develop our bond. He also gave me loads of extra tips and training tricks that were all individualised to her needs and then provided a very comprehensive report to back it all up. Highly recommend!

Brian has worked wonders with our little spaniel pup Jensen. He has taught us so many tips and tricks and they all work instantly. Brian's given us advice on crate training, commands, lead walking, how to engage in puppy games and how to notice signs of tiredness with our pup. We get so many comments on how well behaved Jensen is and it's all down to Brian's incredible advice and training! Brian is also very diligent and sends comprehensive notes following the training sessions so you can really concentrate on hands on learning without having to take lots of notes. We're always amazed at how quickly we are able to retrain Jensen and change his habits following Brian's visits. Cannot recommend him enough!!

Brian is the Dog Whisperer! Being first time dog owners, we had read and tried so many different things for our dog Claude, but certain things, especially leaving him on his own was still not working for us. Brian showed us how to break things down even more and desensitise him to the triggers with regard to him being left on his own. He also gave us many little tips at home and when we take Claude for a walk. I'm sure we'd previously picked up bad habits along the way, but he never judged and suggested small adjustments which would make big improvements. Brian uses positive reinforcement with the owners as well as the dogs. Would highly recommend.
