I've used these guys on three occasions and the service and pricing has always been top-notch. A much better experience than the 'chain' tyre fitters.

ordered two tyres online for fitting the next day, received courtesy call on day of fitting. hardly any wait time while there and staff were very friendly. Will definitely use again.

Went to Cheltenham Tyre Services as one of my tyres had a metal dust cap that wouldn’t come off. Was quoted £15 to get it off, but when we discovered that the locking wheel nut wasn’t there, we said we will just buy one online and come back another day. The guy then said he can break it off but will cost more. We then told him again it’s ok we’ll buy one online and come back another day. He said give him a few mins to see if he can find something. He then found a tool that could get it off. Once he found what he wanted, he even asked me to give him a hand to get it off, which I did. Since he didn’t break it off and used a tool instead I assumed he wasn’t going to charge more. I was charged £40 with no prior warning, and when I asked if he could do anything on the price he started getting ready for an argument telling me it’s his time and I’m keeping him from his children etc and I decided it wasn’t worth the time arguing. But after repeatedly telling him that we’ll buy the wheel locking nut and return, without any prior agreement on the increased fee, this was extremely unprofessional on their part. You can’t say £15 and then charge £40!

Easy to use website and an excellent team, they quickly highlighted the problem and proposed a solution. Will certainly go back for my future tyre needs.
