We bought Big Bus tickets, received a receipt and when we got home, we were charged additional service fees because Britain Change said we took out cash. We are currently disputing this, but it makes it quite difficult, because the banks are treating this like an ATM. Customers - Beware!

Disappointing. I was treated as an inconvenience, I waited nearly 5 minutes before someone turned up, although the shop was open and was spoken to like a child. Don't bother.
