Great product. Let down by awful in store experience. Too many sales advisers all continually pestering people instead of letting them browse and leaving them to ask for assistance when ready. You don't need to pressure sell Dr.Martens - and you cost yourself two sales today (probably many more). Partner and I both walked out after less than 2 minutes of constant badgering. Dr. Martens Nottingham.

Came into the Nottingham store today to look for my first pair of Dr Marten boots. I was served by Poppy and she was fantastic. She helped me try loads and helped me find the boot that was right for me. She was super helpful. Absolutely recommend going instore.

Just bought my first pair of Docs from Max, he was brilliant! So friendly and passionate about the products! Nothing was too much trouble and loved that he gave his own input too! The environment in store was lovely! Highly recommend :)

Fancied some new smart work shoes as I was sick of having to replace my S* Flickers every 6 months! Went in and Rob assisted in finding the perfect shoe. Ended up buying the Brogues which look excellent and are so comfy. Tried some brown boots on and bought them too! Mum said she fancied some so got her some olive boots as well! Rob must have carried 15 boxes of shoes up to us to make sure they were all bang on. Went in looking to buy one pair and walked out with three pairs! Excellent service and will be back for more. Thanks Rob, legend.

Called in today to buy my second pair of Dr Martens. My first pair was forty years ago so was in need of some advice.When entering the shop I was greeted with an extremely nice and helpful shop assistant.All the staff where helpful and knowledgeable and I can't recommend them enough.Love my new Docs and thank you all for your help.

Always a pleasure dealing with Dr Martens, hence I'm a customer for life. Customer services are prompt to reply with any queries or concerns and the level of customer service in stores is second to none. The products are fantastic and my latest pair the 1461 SR in black for work are super comfy straight out of the box.Keep it up Dr Martens!

Came in today with a pair of docs which were splitting on the sole, the store assistant Jack G was super helpful and managed to replace them for me under warranty for me.

Really nice environment. Welcomed as soon as you enter. Really helpful staff. Kind young gentleman helped me through out the shop but didn't get his name. Staff really pleasent, passionate and knowledgeable about Doc's. I do recommend
