I’m leaving this review as the recipient of a ring that was made by Mark. It is perfect. Mark has created a ring that is elegant, with a stunning setting and even though Mark had never met me people have commented that the ring was so obviously made for me. The quality of workmanship is exceptional and Mark has genuinely created an heirloom piece.Having now met Mark and visited his beautiful shop (and workshop), I am so glad that my partner chose to get my ring from here.

Mark is a perfectionist for sure. He recently turned a very sentimental bangle with diamonds into a new unique & stunning bracelet complete with diamonds for me, which I shall treasure forever.He had a vision, he discussed every detail of his design with me & produced a beautiful piece of jewellery, perfect for me!I would highly recommend Mark. Mark was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with top customer service, helping to bring my idea to life, and the engagement ring is beautiful.Mark made the whole experience nice and easy, creating a design and mould so I could see how the ring would look.The ring is stunning and Mark did it for a great price too, definitely recommend!!

Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with for a bespoke engagement ring. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest regarding the whole process, and kept in contact well throughout.His years of experience show in his work, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by him. My husband and I were really impressed with the service we received. Mark was actually recommended to us by someone at a larger high street jewellers. My husband had his wedding ring polished and I had my rings resized. We were really happy with the timeframes for completing the work and the customer service especially Mark’s communication with us. Unfortunately there was an issue with my engagement ring which was no fault of Mark or myself but due to being knocked in the past and breaking. Mark was happy to discuss this with me right away when I brought it to his attention and he very kindly rectified this for me, making a new band for my ring, since the ring was going to keep breaking otherwise. This was done quickly again with great communication and I am delighted with the result. It is always a pleasure to go into the shop and there are beautiful jewellery pieces in there. We will definitely use Mark in the future. Thank you.

My husband and I were looking for a good experience in making our wedding bands and we are so glad to have worked with Mark!We went for quite a unique design, which might sound childish to many people (cat paws all around the ring), but Mark dealt with the whole experience in a very serious manner.We had constant updates during the process, we managed to see the design on his work computer, had seen a 3D printed copy of it and was all delivered in time. The patience he had with all the little tweaks made our rings look the best they could.I definitely recommend his work, I am glad to be looking at my ring for the rest of my life and remembering a positive experience and all the good effort put into it.

Went in to the shop really excited to create a custom engagement ring, but my partner was called away with the military with only 12 hours notice. He notified Mark that he would be out of the country but still interested in working together upon his return. Shame Mark didn’t update us that stone options were in store as I could have gone in store myself to choose a stone. We will take our custom elsewhere as requested to do so by Mark. I appreciate that there are supply chains but I don’t expect to be dismissed. I’m glad we didn’t waste our money here.

I gave Mark a Tanzanite and a diamond along with a suggested design for a ring. He tweaked my design and created a thing of beauty set In platinum . His attention to detail is amazing and the quality of his workmanship is exemplary. I can't stop looking at it! Thank you Mark.
