Polite on buying a manifold from them for the 1st time, They ended up breaking it but didn't realise till we tried fitting. I gave them the chance to exchange it. They also broke the replacement. Due to not having another one, the agreement was to exchange or get a full refund. I travelled more than 80 miles in total, and not only they didn't want to refund me my £50 cash that I paid, they tried to fob me off with a £40 credit note. This was their mistake, and what a palaver to get my money back. Definitely would not use them again, and I do not recommend. Of course, they will say otherwise.

Do NOT use this mechanic. They are scammers. They create issue to fix and don’t fix the ACTUAL issue at hand and then lie about it. This is a terrible establishment and not to be trusted.

Avoid like covid. Pretended to fix my car when went back said would correct had car there never fixed or refunded. This is the most dodgy mechanics i have ever been to. Dishonest to the bone

Used this place to get my bumper replaced. The work was ok but the headlight was not put on securely. This meant that my car didn't pass it's MOT. Went back to get work redone only to find from the MOT people that the work was not done properly and that cardboard was partly propping up the light.

Con artists! Absolutely terrifying lack of business practice. The young man Sean misdiagnosed the problem, supposedly was an issue with my manifold so he 'fitted' a new one. Along with servicing it. My car broke down two weeks later in the Blackwell tunnel with the exact same issue! Brought it to another garage and it's turns out nothing had been changed, I was effectively robbed of £560 to fix a problem that wasn't there. Would honestly tell anybody who's reading this to avoid like the plague, they will take advantage of you and then lie to your face.

Never recommend this garage. They are not at all trustworthy. They always talk,talk,talk but no work. Very sad to say that, those people don’t know how to find and fix the fault. They only consider money. Please stay away.

Zero ratiing if I could give Zero! Top CON ARTISTS, they lie about doing the work which they haven't done, keep changing the price adding more on. The work they claim to do was not done I am willing to pursue a case at all means necessary if they do not give me back my money or parts they supposedly replaced,, those parts belong to me and I am fully aware they did nothing in the 24 hours it took to repair my car.Trading standards and civil court if they do not pay back the money! Be warned CON ARTISTS
