If you are not going to be in to accept delivery please leave a note for your postman what to do with it. Lady very helpful and great servicemale owner very rude because they have not stated you have to ring on Google before you come as two business put into one so it’s hardly open when it says it isso he was very rude saying should have rang etcbut the lady was more then helpful cuz I traveled 45mins to get there would recommend if you ring if not expect a rude service

Outstanding speedy service; husband delighted to be able to make repairs to his RC Maverick which had been damaged by our son. However what we noted and especially appreciated was the enclosed partial refund of the shipping cost - our delivery came as a Large Letter and this saving was passed back to him. Many businesses would not have bothered - this speaks to us of the integrity of small businesses and most specifically RC OCTANE. Thanks; he's sure to use you again.

Fantastic customer service! I had never built an RC car before and John from RC Octane talked through my options, made a list of recommended parts and gave some really solid advice. It was one of those phone calls that won a sale. Not just because because they had the right bits, rather they recommended the right bits for me and my budget.
