Broxbourne

My Mum had a short stay with Broxbourne. The staff and the care was wonderful. Jimmy the owner was always very courteous. Ashley and Sophie were always kind and jovial towards the residents and their families.

As a family we are extremely happy with the care and compassion given to our dad and grandad from day one.The staff show kindness, understanding and patience towards his physical and behavioural needs.Dad has only been a resident since mid August and he joins in the activities with encouragement from the lovely staff who show much appreciated kindness at all times.Broxbourne is professionally run with dignity and care and the staff keep us informed regularly and discuss dads needs wherever required.We cannot thank them enough for what they do for him on a daily basis.
