Pepsi came flat, no taste, fizz or ice. Staff are a young group with minimal customer service skills. I would recommend going to Bushbury KFC rather than here as is fresh and better staff

Avoid rude abusive staff!!!!!! They cant take orders properly through drive way. The one staff member abused me. The manager spoke rudely and the staff shut the drive through Window on me 3 times or more. The food came open packaged and very cold. I wouldnt eat there at all. I Will report this to head office.

Ordered a trilogy box meal at KFC drive through. No notice that hot drinks was out of service. Customer service was pleasant but offered no extras or asked what size meal I'd like. No sauce offerings either.The meal: you get a zinger burger, fries, boneless chicken strip, popcorn chicken, side and a drink. The portions are tiny. The sides of beans and the popcorn chicken are miniature and disappointing for a fully grown male to consume for lunch however are tasty and were fresh. The boneless chicken piece was nice full of the KFC chicken flavour I expected on suckulant chicken. The zinger burger was a massive miss. Had no sauce and a spot of mayonnaise. The chicken was clearly orange indicating the zinger recipe but delivered zero zingy taste at all. Not like previous orders of this burger! Salad was fresh and the chicken had good texture and bite to it.Due to the burger being the main part of the box meal, overall disappointed. The upside is that it is a cheap meal when considering its competitors at approximately £6.Very good assortment of drinks to choose from.

Went through drive thru, couldnt use my rewards, staff said its down in there store?, young lad on the window didnt give me a cupholder, i had to ask, i had 3 drinks in a car obvs i need a cupholder, burger was cold, did'nt give me no straws, no napkins or salt, staff were too busy singing and dancing in the back, even the manager was doing the same, she was wearing eyelashes phone hangin out back pocket, very unproffessional for a expensive fast food restaurant, not even a thankyou before i drove off!

Ordered two salad original boxes with one with extra fillet, one box just had plain salad.!Got get the basics right. A shambles of a franchise. Need more training. And staff loitering and stop smoking outside.

Went in at 10pm. After ordering inside told takeout only...Place was filthy with overflowing bins. Staff (5 of them) too busy chatting.Try keeping the place clean, rather than chatting and then telling customers to get out!They threatened to calls ecirity as we were waiting for the 3rd order and started eating so food didn't get cold...

Ordered Boneless Bundle through Uber Eats, should've been 8 boneless fillets and a regular popcorn chicken. Bag arrived container KFC tub which had come apart.... The bag contained 8 COLD boneless fillets and nothing else.... No Popcorn Chicken. Phoned Restaurant.... Female staff member who answered couldn't care less, attitude stank advised me to contact Uber Eats before putting the phone down. Can't post a review with less than 1 star but doesn't even deserve that! Shocking service!!!!!!

Ordered through just eat and after half my order turned up i called the resteraunt expecting this problem to be rectified.instead i spoke to a “manager” that honestly couldnt give two s**ts about the error and basically told me to go away.im so mad with how we have been treated i WONT be using this kfc again ***avoid at all costs!!!***
