I didn't have the pleasure of purchasing a WAV from Stuart, but I was there to purchase one of the cars he had received from a trade in. I know if I was ever in need of a WAV I will definitely be looking to him. By far the best most genuine dealership you will find. Stuart is a great guy who will go out his way to make his customers as happy and comfortable with their new car as can be. It was effortless buying our WAV car from Stuart. He was very helpful sending detailed videos of the car for us. Very pleasant guy not pushy in any way. Our experience with Stuart has been absolutely fantastic. He had exactly the right car for our needs and couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating with us. Considering we live in Dundee he did everything and more to make sure we got what we needed and even had it delivered to us by his associate Jim who couldn't have been more helpful in explaining all the workings of the Citroen Berlinger that we bought. Jim even waited and came with me on a test run with the car. Our family purchased a WAV from Stuart last week. He is a true gentleman and went out of his way to ensure all our sons needs were met in terms of the vehicle we needed. We were travelling from Northern Ireland and he picked us up from the airport on 2 occasions and dropped us at the station. Fantastic service. The WAV had been cleaned, serviced and MOTed in readiness for pick up. Stuart would score 100% for service. We have a comprehensive 3 month warranty with the car as well. I needed to upgrade my Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicle, and Stuart's was the only garage anywhere near which specialised in that type of car.Right from my first email to purchasing the car, Stuart and Alison could not have been more helpful. They are so knowledgeable, and the level of detail in their valeting service is top-notch.I was using my old vehicle as part-exchange but because it only had 3 months left on the current MOT, Stuart gave me two options - I could put my car through an MOT, make any repairs then hand the car over or I could pay him £500 and he would put the car through an MOT, use the money to make any repairs and I would get what was left. I preferred to hand the car over to Stuart, and less than a week later, the car sailed through the MOT, no repairs needed, and the full £500 is back in my account. You really can't get better!When I'm ready for my next car, I won't be going anywhere else! Thanks!
