It's fine bus stations are pretty much always grimy. It's better than the cruddy little hut things they used to have many years ago. I suppose.It was quicker for me to Google which stand I should be on for my bus (although I had a good idea anyway)Didn't use any facilities so couldn't comment.

For someone who drives I found this not only spacious but full of information that's set out clearly & easily read.If I have a gripe it's give each park & ride different numbers several were confused by this.

You can find most buses at Norwich Bus Station but sometimes the service is not well organised hence one can still miss the bus even if they have arrived at the Bus Station on time.

Excellent bus station in the heart of Norwich. Great connectivity to other parts of Norfolk, the airport etc.30.03.2021- They are also taking great measures during the pandemic even with reduced bus services.The reception and all the bus stations are outlined with social distancing requirements.There are renovations going on in the bus station currently and the platforms are not updated with proper timings and bus arrivals. A bus was cancelled today due to reduced service but it was not updated a accordingly. Although the reception was really helpful in explaining the updated details.

Norwich Bus Station
It’s a pretty decent station that serves Norwich well. The office centre has most of the maps of the area that help. They also have officers who can aide tourists and give directions. There’s a restroom and baby changing room as well. Bus timetables are usually on display, you can’t miss it.
