BEWARE. This shop in west Thurrock, they allow a tiler , whom they have seen video and photos of their work to which they described to me as being disgusting and no tiler should ever fit tiles that way , they said they would never allow him to have business cards in the store ever again, guess what today they proudly have the business cards on display, I can’t believe anything they say from now on , so beware of what your being told !!!!

DON’T SHOP HERE!!!Basically loaded up a bunch of heavy tiles only to find out that they cost what more the we thought.We asked,‘how come, the labels and price tags say different?’This is where it gets confusing, although they sell packs and boxes of tiles each label is priced per-single tile.So to work the price, first your have to find out how many tiles in a box (might sound simple but trust me all boxes have very small writing and multiple languages in addition their very heavy).On top of this you have to calculate discounts yourself.In summary the shop was confusing in-terms of pricing and the workers seemed unenthusiastic

Is good to know N&C is just not for trader's only normal public can go too.I didn't find what is was looking for but staff was very nice and help full.

Friendly service, wide range of tiles and supporting products. Have installed the underfloor heating system in a bathroom and laid the tiles - all equipment and materials supplied by the company, good advice given when asked for. Recommend.

Nice place, has some lovely items and staff are very helpful and friendly, but I find it an expensive place. Shop around .......... we found everything we liked a lot cheaper elsewhere ! Will be doing our living room and kitchen floor soon, so will let you know the price difference on what we get

I loved the tiles we bought in 2015 but the quality on several have not lived up to the look.Plus the salesman at the time was incredibly arrogant and rude. I’ve been back recently and the chap I dealt with before was not there, and replaced by a younger chap who was. Wet pleasant but knew nothing. Bless him.I certainly wouldn’t recommend.
