Alan is the best of all he knows what he's doing not leting your money go to waest by fear the best mechanic price are very cheap oil change for as little as £15 dont think any one can be the job that this guy does.

Absolutely rubbish, he charged me £60 for service and i bought my own parts. He was not able to find cabin filter location and said he will charge another £20 to change as he has to take out whole fuse box but that was wrong, i changed it myself by taking out four screws of glove box. He charged me for full service and left the cabin filter. Can you imagine you pay for full service and mechanic refuse to fit the cabin filter and provide you an excuse. I have added some photos for this incompetent person to learn how to change a cabin filter by taking out 4 screws which are red circled in photo. I would not recommend this garage to anyone and will not even go there ever again. I never had this kind of experience anywhere.

Thanks for the honest service, I had a Bmw X5 I took it to Halfords they came out with a lot of faults which weren’t faults, I took it to Alan Autos they were honest with me and showed me exactly what faults they were,and they were less compared to Halfords, I got charged £110 compared to Halfords at £650. I would recommend Alan Autos to everyone

10/10 service, one of the best mechanics in all of Birmingham respectable. Very straight forward and makes sure you leave his garage with the problems sorted.
