Overall okay experience.The Scan&Go scanners weren’t charged, so you couldn’t use them. We took the time to download their scanning app which is separate from their main app and then we were able to quickly shop and go home.

Always good to come here for a quick visit or to get a big shop. They have a good range of produce and have a well prices cafe upstairs.Plenty of trolleys and baskets abailable. There are toilets upstairs and downstairs and they are always clean. Store is clean, Tidy and we'll stocked.

Asda “We aim to protect and conserve the world around us through sustainable practices and initiatives”.Yet their EV chargers have been out of order for at least 5 months.Other than that a basic Asda store which can be messy at times. Nothing fancy, but would definitely recommend Sainsbury’s across the road if you want items in stock more than out.

Found shopping here frustrating. In the last 10 days I have been here multiple times and the location of the baskets is constantly changing. The new barriers make it impossible to go to customer service during your shop without chancing abandoning shopping. When I finally did get to customer service it was incredibly understaffed and I was queuing for about 10 minutes with over 7 other people waiting in the queue in an area that there wasn’t really space for that many people to be queueing in. Additionally one of the label machines in the fruit and veg section wasn’t printing but there was no one around to even let know.

The big guy working the till at 16:00 today was an absolute star! I regret not checking their name tag. They noticed I was buying some bao buns and gave me some advice on how to cook them. I tried it out as soon as I got back and it was stellar! Somebody needs to give this person a raise because their friendliness and positive attitude created a great customer experience.

Honestly your average asda superstore, I go there at 6am and offen at 23:30Staff are alwasy happy to help, Some might have bad days, but theres nothing wrong with thatShelfs are offen very stocked without any shortages.Overall wonderful store with no problems.

That's Asda Price!Yet again the price shown on the shelf edge is less than they actually charge. 79p on the label, 95p at the checkout. They refunded the difference but nothing else for the time or inconvenience - there is no incentive for them to get the prices right, just overcharge and hope most people don't even notice ☹️

Be very careful when buying gift cards from here, the store is completely unhelpful if the code does not work and refuses to take responsibility and refund a faulty product.
