We had the opposite of the usual landlord experience with Ginny and Matt. After them taking over our property 2 months into our lease, Ginny and Matt took over and wronged everything that had been put off by our old landlords and continued to provide a positive experience through our entire tenancy.

Quite a pleasant experience with the property Manager - Ginny Buck. She's been very supportive in anything and everything regarding the property. The house we're renting is very well maintained and I've not had any big problems with the house or the company in the last 3 years.

It has been an amazing experience renting from Ginny! Loved being able to make the house our own home. Ginny is extremely professional and had a great relationship with us as tenants! We hardly had any issues in the house and if we did, she was very quick to get them fixed! Would definitely recommend :)

The Proper Property Group has managed my HMO property portfolio for several years and I could not be happier. There was great communication, with someone to talk to when I had an issue or a question.Also no voids, optimum rent was achieved and increased yearly. In addition they have managed the renovation of bathrooms and I am confident my properties are well looked after.Would happily recommend!

I’ve lived in a shared house run by this property group for 1.5 years now and can say it is managed and looked after wonderfully! The property is well maintained , and any concerns or requests of ours are seen to in a timely manner. Ginny has been very helpful and accommodating and so I could not recommend enough! :)
