Absolutely horrible service. Delivery driver didn't even deliver even half of the food. Been waiting 3 hours for the damn food to come but it never arrived. Do better.

Ordered some shack's chicken and shack's spicy wings.Both are really good, but the spicy wings have amazing seasoning to it.The prices are really good for what you get too!Store guy was also very pleasant.Would recommend to anyone!

Remember the good old days when you used to get a chicken burger and it was bigger or at least the size of the bun. R.i.p chicken shops. DIXY chicken seems to be the only place that still does it. And they read your special instructions as I wanted cheese slice.

Was proper nice at one point until they switched owners and 3/4 of the last times I’ve been the chickens been undercooked and pink in the middle (even when I’ve ordered and asked to over cook it just to be safe) gone downhill in here

Food goes a bit dry to be fair after like 30 minutes but if u eat fast it’s juicy and not dried out and the skin is crispy and to be fair I love there new menu options
