Go on holiday to find they’d cut my medication down, and then when called the surgery told to find a local doctor in the country I was in… appalling, and very unprofessional service! The Staff are nice and helpful which is my reason for the 2*

Want to balance these negative reviews! I phoned for an appointment when I knew I needed antibiotics and was called back later in the day by a GP who discussed my symptoms and issued a prescription. I still still felt unwell at the end of the course. I phoned again today and was told I would be called back. Had the call within half an hour and given an appointment for later that morning. Attended and seen promptly. Discussed my issues, through exam by a GP who respected what I had to say and further prescription given. Very positive experience

They only support people who take time off work. They are rigid and inflexible. E.g. Can't pick the time of a key call, and called when I was in a professionals meeting. Said they would call back and did not, and now I'm left with no medication over the weekend when they said I can't stop it suddenly. How do you balance my own duty of care responsibility in work with health needs when the doctors are not flexible in the slightest?

My husband ,who has cancer, has been waiting 4 days for the nurse practitioner to call him back. At this time my husband is not mobile and in extreme pain.
