W Parker & Son

Don't use this business. They've had my pocket watch for over 2 months and when i chased them up a month ago they told me thay were waiting for a part. my wife went in today to be told that they have just oiled the watch and now it's fine. It isn't fine it's exactly the same as it was when I took it to them 2 months ago with the same fault. I'm only giving 1 star because that is the lowest allowable mark. it's really a zero. Terrible service, they just don't want to know and they lied to me when I chased them up.

Awful service, waited 20 minutes in a queue while other people (older ladies) had watch strap adjustments to be told when it was my turn for the exact same thing he doesn’t have time to do it although the place had only just opened and he’d spent the last 20 minutes doing exactly the same thing to ladies watches, ignorant, unprofessional, rude and very unhelpful! took my business elsewhere and had the adjustments made in minutes by a very pleasant, helpful jeweller just up the road, I should have gone there in the first instance.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!I am writing this on behalf of my grandad. He brought a ring from this jewellers and took it back to get it resized after it didn’t fit his partner properly. He had to take the ring elsewhere after they hadn’t resized it correctly by this place. A gut instinct told his partner to ask the lady to check if the diamonds were real. THEY WERE NOT REAL DIAMONDS. The lady at another jewellers checked and they were not real diamonds. Thankfully grandad got the money back, after the man trying to convince him it was real. He paid full diamond price for a fake diamond ring. Please be careful. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!

A little gem. Interesting range of traditional and classic designs run by someone who really is a jeweller - ex-Hatton Garden I hear. Very pleased with my purchase.

Needed the back put on my daughter's watch and Mr Parker was kind enough to do it while I waited and very reasonably priced too, well done.

Ain't got a clue about jewellery he hasn't even got a diamond tester

Absolutely excellent service. I was on holiday in Norfolk and noticed a gold ring I liked in W Parker’s and Son. The service was really friendly. The ring was offed at a great price. It was slightly too big but professional adjustment was offered free of charge. I am Delighted and would Thoroughly recommend Parker’s. Paul Bates.
