Montague Road West Car Park

Lots of parking space but bit unsafe as there are lot of homeless people

UNSAFE!! DO NOT USE! This has become like a homeless shelter with groups of men in areas congregating together and approaching car park users for money. Some men have set up areas with bedding and barriers. It smells like a toilet with these homeless men going to the toilet all over the car park and by cars that are paying to park there.
