Great service and were very accommodating to what I required

We wanted something unique for our lounge lighting.Jimmy listened to what we were after, and produced a number of designs and ideas with price ranges.We chose a mixture of two designs, and it was all in place after just two weeks.Communication was great, timekeeping good and the level of workmanship very good.Would definitely recommend.

We’ve used the services of Jimmy at Bespoke twice now. First to move a pendant light in a ceiling, and then to fit 3 x Nest products in the home (Thermostat; Camera, Doorbell). Oh, and adding an additional power socket!Each time Jimmy was friendly, courteous, and made sure he understood what we wanted before starting.Both visits were carried out to a very high standard. The pendant move was bread and butter stuff, but I could tell the Nest stuff was far trickier. Jimmy didn’t get flustered and stuck with it until the job was done.If you shop around you may find electricians a tad cheaper, but you get what you pay for, and for his quality of work - Jimmy is incredible value.We’ll now use Bespoke for all of our home electrical needs.

You have not responded over a month and half.You eventually text messaged as after we spoke to your neighbour re your whereabouts.You’ve stated that you’ve had personal reasons for not communicating and that you are now working for another company.We agreed to meet on site so that you could assist us in getting this job completed – which you failed to turn up. I had once again personally had taken time to be on site together with another electrician, customer and our site manager.We cannot tell you how disappointed we are with your etiquette, demeanour and professionalism to a fellow Tradesman.You have caused us no end of stress and major delays (financial delays) on this prestigious project.The customers parents are terminally ill and you have exacerbated the situation by causing this delay and stress, it’s a real shame… We will be taking legal action as we can see that your still trading...

Jimmy was professional, extremely tidy and deligent. We had an overloaded single socket with extension cord. This was changed to 2 double sockets, neat and safe. We will be using Bespoke lighting and electrical again.

Jimmy was able to come round quickly to look at my alarm system, explained some options, also was very conscientious by mentioning any changes in a security system is best reported to my house insurance provider , then fixed the alarm super quick and also repaired a large chandelier light that didn't work. Very pleasant fellow, polite, punctual, following covid rules, very very reasonable price. Will use again and recommend to any one.

Excellent service from Jimmy who came round very quickly and restored our downstairs lighting as well as the bedroom fitting and switch, so grateful and would recommend to all, five star company.
