Household Waste Recycling Centre

It is such a wonderful feeling to get rid of all your unwanted waste and be able to recycle it for further use. The plant is always well organized,kept tidy and easy to use. The staff are extremely helpful and always on hand to give advice. You can practically recycle anything here but there is a landfill skip for anything that's can't be recycled.

The staff were not very helpful on my last visit. In fact it would seem that they were determined just to get in the way - 4 of them stood talking right by the skips seemingly reluctant to move out of the way when I'm laden with heavy and large items to tip.Inconsiderate and unhelpful.This is a covered waste tip which is handy when it is raining, reasonably well organized and kept relatively clean. It is almost always very busy though, so expect to queue down Burma Road, sometimes the queue of cars spill out onto Marfleet Lane - that's how busy it gets. Residents passes are frequently checked so make sure you take yours with you (or a utility bill).

Went to Burma Drve today. It's always clean and tidy. The Guys who work there are fantastic. They will always help if needed also help getting the rubbish in the right skip. Thank you very much for your help today.

Visited July 20th 2021 at around 10/11am.Small que outside it took around ten minutes to get in, friendly staff told me were to park and what number skip(s) I needed to drop my rubish into.5* Service.

Clean floors helpful staff.depending on arrival times can wait along time if possible go to Marfleet site slightly faster in and out
