First of all I think this real estate agent need to improve the customer service for tenants. With the exception of Hannah which is really professional.Several increases in the last 2 years. I was renting an old, dark and cold terrace house for the initial value of £450 before the pandemic and jump to £575 with 5 months an half notice in 2021 and they asked me for another £100 increase in 2022.Leave the house cost me %40 of 2 month deposit

Natalie came highly recommended for my sale and she truly did not disappoint. A good agent can make a house sale so much less painful.Natalie organised the viewings and personally showed the viewers around the property.Throughout the process she was contactable by mobile phone or email. She responded immediately and was proactive in getting all the ducks in a row.Solicitors are sometimes not great at letting the client know what is going on with the transaction. Natalie was very communicative.All in all, very professional, very personal service.

It has been a hassle free process from inquiring about the property 2 years ago through to renewing 12 months ago. Everything has been handled both professionally and efficiently. My family and I are relocating from the Isle of Man and have just signed a lease through Natalie Clarke Residential. Strangely, despite the pandemic introducing the wonders of technology to the world, very few estate agents were prepared to do a virtual walkthrough. Of those that stated they did provide virtual walkthroughs not one, save Natalie Clarke Residential, actually provided one. (I shudder to imagine how this lack of competence with the most basic of technology must have affected other estate agency's bottom line during the pandemic.)Throughout the process the staff (Vanessa and Hannah, specifically) were professional, articulate and helpful. It's obviously stressful to attempt a relocation this complex but they were understanding and readily available for any questions or concerns we had.I would highly recommend Natalie Clarke Residential to both property owners and tenants and plan to use them again in the future.

I had such a bad experience with these guys. The property they rented us had tap water testing 7 times over the safety limit for lead, so we had to walk to buy our drinking/cooking water. We had to endure 9 months of cold showers because the shower was broke and no one would come to look at it. In the end it was never looked at just changed. There was a leak in the roof which they previously knew about, they could tell me it was an issue with the gutters without having anyone call out. That was never fixed so our rooms were damp and mouldy. We reviewed the documents provided to us and found the only contact details for us to contact are that of Natalie Clarke Residential. As you imagine we contacted them via phone and email a number of times to be met with answers like 'theres nothing we can do about it'. The kicker was when they assured us the work would be carried out within the next month or two, that was a month before our tenancy agreement ended and we didn't see the work completed. Natalie Clarke Residential has had a hugely negative impact on my physical health, my mental health and it effected me financially also and when I lodged a complaint they said Sorry, we always try to provide a 5 star service. Complaint closed.
